Our Story
We begin has a salon years before the four walls we are in now. Our Owner Rochelle Randall has always had a passion for the hair industry and now pairing up with Paul Mitchell she has seen her dream come true. Popular Movement is a movement that will always be on the move making history.
ABOUT ROCHELLE - OWNER
Rochelle Randall has been known as an Award Winning Barber and Stylist. Her passion for hair started when she was 13 years old. From then until now she has continually improved her skills and her artist talents to now being a Salon owner & International Stylist!
Rochelle attended Paul Mitchell the School in Costa Mesa, California but now spends her time managing and running Popular Movement. Rochelle still works behind the chair and on fashion and wedding sites. Her career is full speed ahead and now has a team of amazing artist who have the same passion for hair working for her.
Rochelle has assisted and worked for some amazing artist in the beauty industry such as Lucie Doughty, Vivienne MacKinder, Heather Kaanoi, and John Paul Mitchell Systems International Female Leader. Her portfolio of awards range from winning Paul Mitchell’s Next Top Stylist, Beacon NAHA Winner, Mens Haircutting, Celebrity Look A-Like, and Barbering Awards. She has also assisted with great companies in the industry such as Jatai International, NFLPA Yearly Rookie Event, and Simplicity Hair Extensions. Rochelle’s passion for hair has become more valuable as she has joined with Paul Mitchell as a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon. She has sharpened her skills with the Pro Tools and Styling Products that create long lasting and memorable styles.
Rochelle believes… “Every person is important and popular, and it is an honor and privilege to be allowed to create magic with hair in the time they are in my hands. You might never meet me but you will know my work. Since, I too am a Popular Nobody apart of a Popular Movement.”
